This shoot was a creative collaboration with brilliant artists and it was a complete blast.
We came together with the lovely Elizabeth Ulrich of Elizabeth Ulrich Designs and Stockroom Vintage to dream up this swoon-worthy inspiration shoot that was a new feel for all of us. Developing the vision with Elizabeth – who is a total genius – was really fun for us. In her words: “this shoot was inspired by a more moody look at spring—the “in like a lion” version where budding blooms mix with grey days and tempestuous weather. The mix of dripping florals in deep hues of magenta and purple, black candles and stormy grey clay plates and velvet chairs gave the shoot a sultry feel.”
We cannot say enough good about the team involved with this shoot. Mostly local artisans, many of them were there with us during the shoot. We had such a wonderful day on set seeing our vision come to fruition and being even more perfect than we could have dreamed. Enjoy some of our favorites from the shoot. Now — can Spring just get here already?!
